Processing Technology
Sheet Metal Work
Sheet metal work has the advantages of high prcision, high efficiency, lightweight, flexibility, environmental protection and wide application.
Sheet metal is a comprehensive cold processing process for metal sheets (usually under 6mm), including shearing, punching/cutting/compositing, folding, riveting, splicing, forming (such as automobile bodies), etc. Its distinctive feature is that the thickness of the same part is consistent, these parts can be used in industries such as automobiles, aircraft, ships, and construction.
3D Printing (SLS & SLA)
3D printing is suitable for parts with complex shapes, high molding efficiency, good molding accuracy, good surface quality, relatively smooth, suitable for making fine parts, can present the best details, and is an ideal method for small parts.
SLS and SLA are two common 3D printing technologies. SLS is selective laser sintering, which uses powder materials, while SLA is stereolithography, which uses resin materials. SLS technology can use a variety of materials, including nylon powder, polycarbonate powder, acrylic polymer powder, polyvinyl chloride powder, nylon powder mixed with 50% glass beads, elastomer polymer powder, and mixed powder of ceramic or metal and binder. SLA can only use liquid photosensitive polymers.
Injection Molding
Injection molding can achieve continuous and rapid production process, which greatly improves production efficiency. Injection moulds can be flexibly adjusted as needed to accommodate different product shapes and complexities. This flexibility makes injection molding suitable for a variety of industries, including automotive, electronics, medical, etc.
CNC MACHINING
Quick-turn CNC machining is best suited for prototyping, form and fit testing, jigs and fixtures, and functional components for end-use applications. With hundreds of high-speed CNC machines that manufacture parts on time, every time, so you can stay ahead of schedule.
Using our imported 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, our skilled machinists can make turned and milled parts using a wide range of plastic and metal materials.
Die-casting
Die-casting products refer to metal products formed by injecting molten metal into a mold under pressure and cooling and solidifying it. Die-casting is a commonly used metal processing method, suitable for producing various metal products with complex shapes and precise dimensions. Die-casting products usually have the following characteristics:
High precision: can meet the manufacturing needs of various complex products.
High strength: internal structure is dense and has high strength and hardness.
Good surface quality: meet high requirements for appearance.
Strong plasticity: with strong plasticity and adaptability.
Vacuum Casting
Vacuum casting has low cost, short production cycle, high efficiency and high quality, suitable for small batch product processing and production.
