What are the surface treatments?

1. Manual processing: Samples made by CNC, SLA, and duplication are sampled, polished, and assembled. This procedure is to assemble all parts into a finished product.

2. Spraying: Spray the already made prototype samples with colors in a dust-free oil room environment according to customer requirements to make the prototype samples more vivid and bright, and increase the realism of the prototype samples.

3. Silk screen printing: Print words or patterns on the plane of the prototype samples we have already made.

4. Pad printing: Print words or patterns on the uneven surface of the prototype. This process requires an extra steel plate on the basis of silk screen printing.

5. Laser carving: Use laser to remove the paint on the surface of the product to make some positions translucent. For example: mobile phone buttons, car DVD buttons. Lenses, etc.

6. Electroplating: In order to make some details of the product more eye-catching, a layer of silver product color is applied. The sample before electroplating must be very smooth. There must be no traces of impurities, and then soaked in chemical solutions. This process is divided into: water transfer and vacuum transfer.

7. Anodizing: which causes an oxidation reaction on the surface of aluminum to form a film, making the product less prone to scratches.

8. Brush: Draw fine lines on the surface of aluminum to make the sample texture better.

9. High gloss: On the aluminum sample that has been surface treated, use high-speed CNC to process a circle to reveal the true color of aluminum.

10. UV: Spray a layer of transparent oil on the surface of the product and dry it with ultraviolet light to make the product brighter and less susceptible to scratches, like a protective layer.

11. Lathe: There is a chuck that clamps various materials and turns them into an ellipse, a full-round cup, etc.

12. Milling: Similar to CNC, but it is a gong machine controlled by manual and automatic switches.

13. Sandblasting: Spray a layer of sand-like effect on the surface of a handboard to make the handboard sample look more perfect.

14. Biting: Biting is mainly used for plastic materials, and is mainly white, black and gray. It is very common in handboard model making.

15. Rubber oil: Spray a layer of transparent rubber oil on the surface of the sprayed product, so that the product feels comfortable when you hold it in your hand.
